ION simply mean “In the Other News”. This acronym is widely used on Snapchat and have become a popular word universally.

Frequently Asked Questions.

How do you understand those little abbreviated like this one this one ION? and this one “OMG” oh my god so annoying now you?

However, you shouldn’t say any of these out loud it because they would sound strange. They are commonly used in text messages or in an email for shorthand when you can’t spell the whole word so.

Let’s get to know some more of these abbreviations.

LOL or LMAO: They mean the same thing they’re just an expression of saying something funny so. LOL means laugh out loud although we don’t really mean laugh out loud. LMAO means laugh my ass off.

STFU: shut the f**k up.

When someone’s talking too much and you just want to say oh my god stop talking

BTW: This means By The Way.

SMH: stands for shake my head.

This is when you’re disappointed in something

FSS: means For F**ck sake. Example: oh my god I can’t believe this is happening this is the worst thing to happen ever.

TBH: What do you think it means it means? This simply means “to be honest”. Just like when you want to be honest with someone, be frank, be direct in a text message or email wherever that is.

WTF: This one’s really easy it means “what the f**ck”. So for example if you’re very disappointed with someone’s reply like “WTF”. This then you could use WTH (what the hell) is like the more polite way of thing you can use both WCHS fine.

OMG: Everyone knows this one. “oh my god”

AF: what does that mean? Means As F***k. Example, there’s a lot of swearing in this video AF, I just realize. If it’s very cold you could say it’s cold AF

And finally, BRB: Means “Be Right Back”. When you’re just going away for a short time and then coming back, you might want to say BRB.
